Refund & Return Policy

At Coco2, the safety and quality of our products are extremely important to us, and we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the need to maintain the highest safety standards, we have established the following refund and return policies:

1. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any infant formula products. This includes unopened products, as we cannot guarantee their safety once they leave our care.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@coco2.com.au. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or full refund.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please provide photos or proof of the damage.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Wrong Item Shipped

If you received the wrong item, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Please contact us at hello@coco2.com.au to initiate the return process. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Sale Items

Products purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Refund Processing

Once we’ve received and inspected any applicable return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@coco2.com.au.
