At Coco2, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. That's why we've developed a shipping policy designed to deliver your orders swiftly and efficiently, whether you're shopping within Australia or from overseas.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Order Processing: Orders placed by 10 AM AEST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM AEST, or on weekends, will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Shipping Options: We offer two shipping methods: Standard and Express.
    • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, address, and chosen delivery method. For orders over $120 in a single transaction, standard domestic shipping is FREE.
  • Tracking: Every order comes with a unique tracking number, emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order's progress through our courier's website.
  • Urgent Orders: If your order is urgent, we recommend visiting one of our stockists to ensure you get your Coco2 Formula without delay.

International Shipping

  • Options & Delivery Times: We offer international shipping with two options:
    • Aus Post International Express: 7-14 business days
    • DHL Express: 4-7 business days
  • Shipping Charges: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on weight and destination.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Coco2 is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Returns: International returns are accepted only for damaged items. We cannot offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid duties and taxes or if customer details are not provided to customs officials when required.

Important Notices

  • Product Expiry: All products dispatched will have an expiry date of at least four months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
  • Security: Your privacy and security are paramount. Our online store features secure checkout sessions, indicated by a padlock icon on your browser.
  • Customer Satisfaction: If your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way, please contact us immediately. We're here to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Coco2 experience.
